ORDER & RETURN POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTE

Please be patient while we process your order. Our normal shipping time is 2-5 business days after we receive your order. Air shipments also take us a few days to process. Over-sized items such as bumpers, windshields, and roofs, may be subject to additional shipping costs. In this event, we will contact you first before processing your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Merchandise Availability

We order our merchandise to be available before it is printed in our catalog or on our website. However, we may sometimes experience greater than-expected demand for an item or an unforeseen delay in shipment to us. Should an item be delayed, you will be notified immediately following your order, by e-mail, or by a return phone call of the expected shipping date. We suggest you order early to avoid possible delays.

Can-Am Parts King is happy to exchange your purchase if you have ordered an incorrect product, but please do not damage the packaging or remove the tags and/or protective coverings from your merchandise until you've determined that it's the right size. Failure to follow this instruction may result in additional charges and/or refusal of your return.

Returns-PLEASE CALL Matt 1-989-224-8874 BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS FOR REFUND

Can-Am Parts King will not accept returned goods without prior approval in the form of an RMA number. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number will be refused!! Requests must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods. Refused orders and/or returns made without exchanges shall be subject to a 30% restocking/handling charge. Merchandise must be returned pre-paid as Can-Am Parts King will not accept any returns sent COD. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges for any return or exchange.

All returned merchandise must be in its original, new, unused, and unworn condition, and include its original undamaged packaging, attached tags, instructions, etc. Never ship an item in its original manufacturer's packaging - it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return is not damaged on the way back to Can-Am Parts King. Following these guidelines will prevent any unnecessary charges. Any Special Order, electrical, and fiberglass parts are not returnable. Please be sure you want them before ordering!!

All returns or exchanges must be received within 10 business days from the date the RMA is issued! Any returned items that do not follow the most general guidelines will be returned and no credits will be issued. Order Cancellations or Changes

Please be sure you want something before you order it! In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has been processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it!! Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to the above return policy. Post-order size changes will be subject to the appropriate exchange fee. If you agree to a backorder, your payment will be retained as in-store credit in the event of a backorder cancellation.

Defective Merchandise

All defective merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer, not by Can-AmPartsking.com. Returns are subject to approval by the manufacturer. Shipping charges on defective merchandise are not refundable!!

International Orders

Although international orders may be placed at Can-Am Parts King our online shopping cart can only accept US & Canadian orders at this time.

Final Note

We are not responsible for any typographical errors, omissions, inclusions, or other errors on our web pages. We take all of our information directly from the manufacturers and will not be liable for any of their errors!! NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on special orders, electrical, fiberglass, painted parts, decals or emblems.
